Dr Keith O’Shea

With over 30 years’ experience, including at Directorship level and working on programs and projects as diverse as civil construction, health care, retail, operations and robotics, Keith is a Program/Project Director/Manager with extensive experience in the Portfolio, Program and Project Management profession.

Since graduating with a Master of Project Management at RMIT University in Melbourne, in 1999, Keith has gone on to attain professional accreditation in Project Management from PMI in the USA, AIPM in Australia and Chartered Project Management Professional with APM in the UK.

After being the founder and director of QTC Consulting Pty Ltd (April 2008), a specialist portfolio, program and project management consulting and training company. Keith is interested in challenging assignments, particularly in relation to delivering organisational strategic plans and objectives.

Keith’s major strengths are in the areas of Program and Project leadership, Program and Project planning and scheduling, stakeholder analysis and engagement.
